Hi, I'm working towards opening a burger joint and I'm wondering if I should buy a POS or a cash register to handle the orders. I assume that at first, business will go slow and grow overtime so I could start with a cash register and eventually move to a POS system.

Made the swap, I would say Toast is a more powerful version in regards to functionality but it's a bit more finicky in regards to usage. Toast.net accepted my money at which point a contractual agreement was made. I did not want to leave their company in spite of the email problem but it was they who decided to literally kick me out.
